1. Overview
At Knutzen’s Meats, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality meat and exceptional service.
Because our products are perishable, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than stores selling non-food items.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Perishable Goods
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of fresh or frozen meat once it has left our premises.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
3. Order Issues or Damaged Products
If your order:
- Contains the wrong items, or
- Appears unsafe or spoiled
Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
Provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- (If possible) a photo of the product in question
Once verified, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the affected item(s)
- A store credit
- A refund to your original payment method
We handle each case individually to ensure fairness and food safety.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been prepared.
- Once your order is being prepared, we can no longer guarantee cancellation or refunds.

5. Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable products (such as sauces, seasonings, or merchandise), you may return them within
5 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email or text once your refund has been issued.
